- Great course and most valuable from my perspective. I thought the other course attendees were great.
- Fabulous, loved it. Really enjoyed Lynn’s style.

- A very useful course and it was great to focus on this particular part of Leadership.
- Well run clinic that I found really enjoyable and challenging – appreciated the humour you injected.
- Very worthwhile experience, gained invaluable insights, awareness, skills and knowledge. Looking forward to moving ahead with utilising new skills.
- Overall a very worthwhile clinic, a good group of people, lovely venue. I am glad I came!
- Clinic was very useful and I gained some good techniques.
- Very thought provoking and personally challenging.
- I think the length of the clinic was about right, it did move at quite a pace but this was good.
- 2 days is good, however intense on day 1, but was appropriate.
- 2 days was appropriate, opportunity for practical experience which was most valuable.
- The 2 days seems about right, doubtful it would be done in less time.

- Coaching Conversation provides good first steps and practice structure.
- This is a great course and took me right outside my comfort zone but well worth it
- An excellent course, high praise from a skeptical bugger!

- Excellent Course. Well run and it's a real achievement to keep people engaged for the whole two days. Well done!
- Very relevant to my role and can see immediate applicability and relevance.
- Great to meet new people who offer different ideas, Excellent.
- Real Handy Stuff – Cant wait to use it.
- I very much enjoyed the course and I think my business partner and I will enjoy putting this into practice.
- The group gelled really well and was respectful of each others views. This was no accident but a result of excellent facilitation.
- Overall it was a very good two days.
- Normally I think a course more than ½ day is long and loses its impact. This course due to the number of people attending was great and held my attention for the whole two days.
- I don't think any topic was invaluable. I see each topic as a piece of a puzzle which all have their place
- The process and structure offered in the Coaching Conversation Model has given me a track down which I can take all coaching (one-on-one) meetings when the moment is on hand
- Really did need the 2 days – so that we could plenty of opportunity to practice.
- Great Job Lynn. Most valuable because it's different to my natural instincts of just answering and solving.
- Nothing was invaluable as it was all so new and interesting.
