Studying for the Institute of Directors exam to become a chartered fellow I found some great points to ponder and self reflect for leaders:

1.  Am I persuadable as well as persuading?

2. Do I play the issue not the person or do I make it personal?

3. Do I take an enquiringly mind and solution focused outlook?

Whilst I’m sure we may often do any one of these things I believe to be able to truly self reflect it’s important to have great challenging questions to ask ourselves.
